The publishing program

The body of work is published across three categorically distinct streams. Each stream has its own register, audience, and structural function. The streams are kept structurally separate so that material in one register does not bleed into a stream organized around another register.

Stream 1 — The Code in the Conduit

For tradesmen and general readers. The lived-account stream.

Sources from the author's lived experience as an IBEW journeyman wireman and senior NCO. Engages the tradesman audience in trade-book narrative voice. Carries the structural conviction the framework was abstracted from.

Book 1 — The Code in the Conduit

Source narrative. Working draft v0.5d at 17 chapters across three parts, ~44,900 words. Trade-book publication target spring 2027.

Book 2 (working title TBD)

The lived-struggle longitudinal document. Documents continued theoretical and educational development and struggle within the trade managing the framework's concepts while actively suffering from the failures it names. Capture is ongoing. Publication target when matter status and de-identification discipline allow.

Stream 2 — Honest Authority series

For executives, boards, and governance bodies. The executive operating-view stream.

Written for decision-makers — executives, boards, governance bodies, change committees. Operational and decision-support in tone. The series takes its name from the doctrinal construct it operationalizes — authority that survives scrutiny because it is structured to be visible and accountable.

Book 1 — The Machine That Sees Itself: An Operating View for the People Who Hold the Authority to Act

The first executive operating-view instrument. In development. Publication target after Book 1 of Stream 1.

Subsequent Honest Authority volumes

Develop the executive operating-view program across additional dimensions. Potential candidates: civic-scaling of authority-bound-to-accountability, macro-stakes diffusion bridge, polity-scale authority structure.

Stream 3 — The SCT Tool Kit

For practitioners deploying the framework. A reference library, not a sequential book series.

Written for practitioners — anyone deploying the framework in an organization, whether external or internal. Holds the operational specifications, diagnostic protocols, training pathways, and reference apparatus. Open-ended by design; new items are added as warranted.

First item — The Practitioner's Handbook

Deployment instrument. Holds operational specifications for each axiom, the failure-mode taxonomy, canonical sequence rules, diagnostic templates, case-study methodology, and the training pathway the framework's operational use requires. In development. Publication target downstream of the framework's first practitioner deployments and accumulated case-study volume.

Subsequent SCT Tool Kit items

Accumulate as the framework develops — empirical-program operationalization specifications, diagnostic-instrument refinements, case-study volumes, training-program materials, sector-specific deployment templates, any other practitioner-deployment apparatus that operational or academic progress produces.

Why three streams, not a single series

Each stream serves a distinct audience. Material aimed at tradesmen lives in The Code in the Conduit; material aimed at executives lives in Honest Authority; material aimed at practitioners lives in The SCT Tool Kit. The streams are kept structurally separate so that writing for one audience does not get mixed into a book aimed at another.

This is the same discipline the framework names in its own doctrine: when separation is structural rather than rule-enforced, categorically distinct outcomes follow by construction.

Every book listed here is in development. None has been published. The framework's working papers are published and available on the Papers page. Publication progress is dated in the Updates log.
